Instructions
• Mix the corn flour from the packet with ½ cup of water until smooth; set aside.
• Heat 2 tbsp olive oil, add chopped garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
• Add vegetable mix, season with salt & pepper, and mix well.
• Add grilled chicken cubes; cover and cook until lightly browned.
• Now, add the teriyaki sauce mix and stir-fry until evenly coated.
