Instructions
• Take a mixing bowl, spread the boiled quinoa as a base layer for the salad.
• Arrange the items from vegetable mix as a layer on top of the quinoa.
• Cut baby tomatoes cutting them into half and place them as part of the vegetable mix.
• Now take the leaf-mix and spread them on top of the veg mix layer.
• Add the grated feta cream cheese.
• Mix the hummus dip well and pour it as another layer.
• Place the avocado as the final layer of the salad bowl.
• Garnish it with some roasted peanuts or corn.
